All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 15% and 1% Tourism Levy. Hotel rates are per room, per night and include full English breakfast.
Full payment is required I order to finalise your hotel reservation. A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of first invoice, remaining 50% deposit required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Payment may be processed either by electronic bank transfer or by Master, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form. All incidentals are to be settled upon departure from the hotel.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted to Turners Conferences in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 30th June 2026 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR 115.00.
Reservations cancelled after 30th June 2026 will attract the following cancellation penalties:
- 60 - 31 Days - 50% Cancellation fees apply
- 30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply
An amendment fee of ZAR115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 10th September 2026.
Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
