The Demo Theater is a scheduled exhibit hall feature within the Demo Experience at the 2026 Tilt-Up Convention & Expo. It provides a limited number of opportunities for exhibitors to demonstrate how tools, materials, and systems are used in practice through short, live, and highly focused demonstrations.
Sessions take place during dedicated Exhibit Hall Time in the Demo Theater and are designed to create visible moments of application that encourage observation, discussion, and follow-up engagement on the show floor. Demo Theater Sessions are integrated into the event schedule and supported through event communications, including email and social media.
Demonstrations are supported by designated staging space and scheduled transition time to allow for efficient setup and teardown. Submissions should remain well-suited to a concise, indoor format.
Review & Selection
Demo Theater submissions are reviewed by the Education Committee and curated to ensure clarity, relevance, and strong fit with the format. Preference is given to demonstrations that are dynamic, clearly focused, and show real-world use through visible action.
Fee & Eligibility
Demo Theater Sessions are limited, curated, and fee-based opportunities. Selected participants will be invoiced $1,250 to confirm participation and secure their scheduled session. A confirmed exhibit booth is required to apply.
Before You Begin
You will be asked to briefly describe what you will demonstrate, why it matters, and how it will unfold within a 15-minute format. Clear, concise responses are encouraged.
