• Service Center Facility Use Agreement

  • The individual, troop, group, or sponsor agrees to leave the facility clean and in the same or better condition than it was found. This includes, but is not limited to, removing all trash, cleaning used areas, returning furniture to its original setup, and properly disposing of waste.

    The individual, troop, group, or sponsor further agrees to be fully financially responsible for any cleaning beyond normal use, as well as any damages to the building, contents, or premises resulting from use of the facility. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, excessive cleaning, structural damage, and any related costs incurred by Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas. All costs for cleaning, repairs, or damages will be charged at full price and must be paid upon invoicing.

    All facility reservation requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the requested date. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval or availability. Facility use is subject to availability, and certain dates may be restricted or unavailable due to council operations, staff closures, holidays, or other scheduled activities. Some Service Center locations require a GSGST staff member to provide facility access and/or remain on-site during the reservation. Reservations at these locations are contingent upon staff availability and may not be approved if staffing is unavailable. 

    Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas reserves the right to approve, deny, or cancel any reservation request at its discretion. A council representative will review your request and will contact you once a decision has been made or if additional information is needed.

  • Agreement & Responsibilities

    • I agree to clean the facility before leaving, including trash removal, sweeping, and resetting furniture. 
    • I agree to properly secure the facility (lock doors, set alarm, return keys, lock gates). (Laredo & Victoria Locations ONLY)
    • I understand that I am financially responsible for any damage or injury that occurs during use. 
    • I understand additional fees may apply for damages. 
    • I agree that this is a SMOKE-FREE and ALCOHOL-FREE facility. 
    • I understand that dogs or other pets are not allowed on the premises. 
    • I agree that glitter, confetti, and rice are not allowed in or around the building. 
    • I agree to keep noise at a reasonable level, with no loud music or excessive noise inside or outside the facility, and to be considerate of neighboring properties. 
    • I agree to remove all personal belongings from the premises before leaving. 
    • I understand failure to comply may result in loss of facility use privileges.
