    Once you submit this form I'll text you within 24 hours and this is when I'll give you available dates to book.
    Payment will then be taken via bank transfer/paypal. 

    My working hours are Thursdays and Saturdays 9:30am to 12:30 noon (3 hours).

    Payment is to be made upon booking. I'll send you my payment details once you've signed and returned this form and a date has been agreed

    Part of your payment will be non-refundable in case of cancellation - see below

  • Arrival and pickup times 

    Drop me a message if you’re running late 

    I do not have a waiting area so if you're early, please wait in your car 

    I have a 10 min interval between clients to clean down and prep. Please arrive on time and not early, even by 5 mins as I can’t answer the door

    I can’t extend any groom time slots if you’re late. I’ll do what I can in the remaining time but the full charge will still apply

  • Cancellations

    If you need to cancel and give more than 24 hours notice, I will issue a 75% refund

    Less than 24 hours notice given: 50% refund

    No-show with no notice given: no refund

    2x No-shows: no further bookings offered

    If I have to cancel, I’ll offer the Friday, Saturday or Sunday that week or offer a full refund if preferred, or move the appointment to a later date. I do not work Fri/Sat/Sun usually so it’s only on the rare occasion I need to cancel that these will be offered 

  • Problems during the groom

    Mites: I check upon arrival. The groom will be cancelled and a full charge applied

    Injury: minor, eg toe bleeding from nail cutting. I’ll contact you and continue the groom. 20% refund

    Injury major: in the unlikely event an injury occurs, I’ll contact you immediately and take your pet to my vet who is a 7 minute walk away. Full refund

    Illness: I’ll contact you and stop the groom: 50% refund 

    Stress: I’ll contact you and stop the groom. 50% refund 

  • Accessibility

    I communicate via written messages. I cannot take phone calls

    TRR has no waiting area but I can provide a chair whilst I assess your animas needs

    No wheelchair access or handrails 

    TRR is a strong-smell- and loud-noise-free zone

    Parking isn’t great on my street so please allow for a short 2 minute walk from the adjacent streets to mine. You can pull onto the curb direcectly opposite my house but this does block the footpath for others
