Private Medium Family Group Session Request Form

If you are an existing client or have attended one of Lauren's Afterlife Medium Events, you may fill out the form to request a 2+ Person Private Medium Group Session to connect to family members only that you have lost. Groups are offered in Lauren's Mansfield, MA office or by Zoom only. Sorry, Lauren does not travel for private medium group sessions due to her schedule.

By filling out this form, you AGREE that you have visited Lauren's Services page and read and understand the information, pricing, and payment required to request and schedule a Private Medium Group for Families. Pricing per person will be higher than for attending an Afterlife Medium Event in person or online, but lower than for a private session with her. NOTE: These groups are not individual readings but rather people in the same family who have lost the same loved ones they wish to reach. Once your form has been received and reviewed, you will be contacted by Lauren's assistant, Lynne or Lauren to answer your questions and start from there. Thank you.
