Payment and Refund Policy
Registration for the YTOL International Meeting is set by YTOL International at 450 €. For participants registering through the U.S. team, the total cost is $540 USD, which reflects current currency exchange rates, international transfer costs, and credit card processing fees.

A non-refundable deposit of $140 is required to secure your spot, and your registration will not be considered complete until this deposit is received. The remaining balance is due May 15, 2026, and reminder emails with a Square payment link will be sent.

Participants agree to the official refund policy: 50% refunds are available until June 27, 2026, and no refunds will be issued after that date. The $140 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
