    Hosted by Pender Arts Council, the Bi-Monthly Market on the Square is a community market celebrating creativity in all its forms. This market is open to artists, makers, crafters, creatives, and approved resellers of all mediums. Our goal is to provide an inclusive, community-focused space for handmade goods, curated resale items, creative works, and unique finds. Vendors may offer items including, but not limited to: fine art, prints, photography, books, pottery, jewelry, fiber and textile arts, upcycled décor, mixed media, functional art, vintage or resale items, handmade goods, and unique gifts.
  • Vendor Fee & Membership Requirement

    Vendor participation is free for current paid Pender Arts Council members, subject to approval and available space. Vendors who are not current PAC members may still apply, but if accepted, they must pay a non-refundable $25 non-member vendor fee for this market. PAC memberships range from $10 to $55 per year, depending on the membership level that applies to you. Becoming a member may be the better value if you plan to participate in more than one PAC market, because current members are eligible to vend at Bi-Monthly Markets without paying the separate non-member vendor fee each time. The $25 non-member vendor fee applies to this market only. It does not count toward PAC membership, and vendor fees from past markets cannot be combined, transferred, or applied to a future membership. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor spaces are limited and may be rotated to allow fair opportunities for a variety of vendors.
  • Vendor Communication & Attendance Policy

    Clear communication is required for all vendor applicants. The application deadline is May 29th 2026. If you have submitted an application and have not heard from Rachel by that date, please contact her to confirm your application status and event details. Rachel can be reached by phone/text at 910-789-0569 or by email at JadedKraken@gmail.com. If you are selected but can no longer attend, please notify Rachel as soon as possible before the event. A no-call, no-show may affect future vendor approval. Any paid non-member vendor fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited if a selected vendor does not show up without notice.
