• DAHA Membership Registration Form (New Members) 2026/2027

    The membership period will run from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027. Should you register after 1st April 2026, your membership will commence on the date of registration and will remain valid until 31st March 2027.   • Please fill in the details below for the person in your organisation leading on DAHA accreditation 

  • 2. Membership Sponsor or Executive Board / CEO

  • Please fill in the name and email address of the membership sponsor within your organisation. This can be someone who is director level or above who has signed off on your organisation joining/renewing membership. 

  • 3. Membership Fee

  • Please see the fees below for 2026/27. These apply for DAHA Membership from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027

    If you are joining as a new member you will be charged from the month of joining until 31st March 2027 (eg: 1/12th of the annual fee)

    The fee will be calculated prorata and confirmed in email once the completed Registration Form has been received
