If you would like to order a bouquet of flowers to take home on Easter Sunday, please fill out the form below! All payments must be made ahead of Friday, April 3rd, to confirm your submission. Flowers may be picked up immediately after the 10 a.m. Easter morning service at Cornerstone Anglican Church (5051 W. Belle Plaine). Any flowers not picked up will be donated to Park View Rehab Center residents at our afternoon Easter service.
