2026 Scholarship Application Form for Chodae Members
Eligibility:
- Current College Student or High School Senior
- Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher
- Member of NJ Chodae Community Church (self of parents)

Required Documents:

All required supporting documents listed below must be submitted with the application, so please prepare them prior to starting the application process
1. Official College Transcript
2. Proof of College Enrollment / Acceptance Letter (or equivalent)
3. College Tuition Statement (or equivalent)
4. Financial Aid Award Letter (or equivalent)
5. Federal Student Aid Report (FAFSA/SAR)
6. For International Students - Parent's Tax Return Document from the Country of Residency
