  • BCS Special Event Needs

    Please submit this form after verifying with the church office that the building is available on your desired date.

  • BCS' Cleaning Responsibilities (with or without a paid custodian):

    • Remove all decorations & displays 
    • Put away all supplies (handouts, books, posters, etc)
    • Return furniture to original location
    • Close windows
    • Wipe tables in classrooms
    • Kitchen: Wipe off counter-tops
    • Kitchen: Clean all dishes/utensils & put away
    • Kitchen: Wipe/Clean Griddle & Stove Top if used
    • Kitchen: Check to be sure ALL knobs on stove, oven, griddle are turned off 
    • Kitchen: Wipe off & put away serving carts
    • Kitchen: Remove all left-over food (take with you or throw out)
    • Kitchen: Clean out sinks
    • Kitchen: Remove all miscellaneous items from counters
    • Gym: Put away all tables/chairs (unless you have paid separately for this service)

    Paid Custodian's Responsibilities:

    Any cleaning fees will cover everything else including: floors, garbage, restrooms, hallways, entryways, turning off lights, locking up. Ebenezer's Facilities Manager will arrange for a paid person to take care of these cleaning services. He will email {nameOf} with their name as soon as it is established. Cleaning fees should be made payable to the custodian (not the church).

    To be sure everything is properly taken care of, please download the Cleaning Checklist, fill it out after your event and put it in the office dropbox.

    In most cases BCS has the option to self-clean any rooms used. However, the Facilities Manager may require a paid custodian based on timing and church needs. For example, events on Friday or Saturday require a paid custodian to prepare for Sunday services.

    Cleaning Fees ($50 minimum):
    $100 = Sanctuary & Lobby
    $100 = Gym, Kitchen, Serving Room
    $12.50/Room = Rooms #2 - #20*

    * Room 10/11 = one room, Room 12/13 = one room

  • Hiring Sound & Media Workers:

    It is the responsibility of BCS to arrange for a specific person to provide the Sound & Media Services they are requesting.  Only individuals who are trained & approved by Ebenezer may provide these services. This currently includes the people listed below:
