Wig Construction Information & Policies
Processing Time:
All custom units are made to order. Current processing time is 10-15 business days from the date your bundles are received. Please allow additional time for shipping.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee (email support to request this service)
Head Measurements:
Using measuring tape, provide your accurate head measurements to ensure a proper fit. A measurement guide is provided below.
If measurements are incorrect, Accustom Hair Studio is not responsible for an improper fit.
What’s Included:
- Custom machine-sewn wig
- Mesh dome cap
- Bleached knots (for new lace)
- Plucked hairline
- Adjustable elastic band
- Basic styling
Lace Requirement (Closure or Frontal):
New lace is recommended. If using used lace please upload a photo of its condition.
Bundle Requirements (3 bundles):
We do not accept loose or excessively cut wefts
If bundles are not suitable for construction, you will be notified before service begins.
Additional Bundles:
Wigs requiring 4 or more bundles will incur an additional fee per bundle. Please be sure to include the number of extra bundles when checking out to avoid delays in processing time.
Shipping Policy:
Clients are responsible for shipping their bundles to Accustom Hair Studio.
Please include your name and order confirmation inside your package. You will receive instructions on where to send your bundles after purchase.
Signature confirmation will be required when your unit is sent to you.
Accustom Hair Studio is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
