Reptile Expo Vendor Registration
Register your business as a vendor for the upcoming reptile expo. Please complete all required fields and review event policies. This is a TWO DAY EVENT- October 24th & 25th. Cost is for the entire weekend. Set up may begin as early as Friday October 23rd at noon.

Rules and Liability Waiver

1) Captive bred reptiles and amphibians along with healthy imports that have been quarantined and cleared by a veterinarian. Animals that do not appear healthy as per our show Vet, will not be allowed to be shown. Invertebrates and the Duck Billed Platypus are exempt from this rule.
2) No Arizona native or venomous animals may be exhibited for sale. Rear fanged snakes that are legal in Arizona, invertebrates and the platypus are exempt from this rule.
3) The Department of Game & Fish and herpetological societies may display legal venomous and native wildlife. Venomous vertebrates must be kept in locked cages and not removed during show hours. Any injuries due to animals are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
4) All animals must be healthy and properly housed. Any animal deemed by the show staff to be unhealthy must be removed from the show to protect other animals.
5) All vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Inappropriate behavior (angry outbursts, verbal threats or physical violence) will result in vendors being asked to leave the show and forfeiture of fees paid.
6) Vendors are required to man their tables until the end of the show.
7) You must supply customers with a receipt (that will be checked at the door) listing vendors name contact Information.
8) No firearms are allowed in the show except for show security and law enforcement personnel.
9) Only registered vendors are permitted to sell or display merchandise either in the show building or on the grounds of the show facility.
10) All vendors must comply with all applicable tax regulations.
11) All laws regarding protected and restricted species must be followed. It is the responsibility of the vendor to be familiar with the laws.
12) Table fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be granted
13) Promenade CG Retail, LLC and Promenade CG Holdings will assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
14) Table sharing is not allowed.
15)Each vendor must comply with all applicable tax regulations.
16) Liability insurance is not required for private vendors, but it’s a good idea. Commercial vendors must have liability insurance and list Promenade Retail LLC and Promenade CG Holdings, LLC as additional insured.
17) No outside alcoholic beverages.
I acting as owner or authorized for the owner or corporate entity listed above, agree to hold harmless the promoters, operators, agents and employees of Promenade CG Retail, LLC and Promenade CG Holdings, LLC. from any liability that may accrue from any action or result of any action on our part during the show or set up.

Additional badges - Each vendor receives 2 badges per booth space. Additional badges are $10 each (maximum of 4 additional badges).
Once your application has been submitted and approved, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided on your application. To reserve your vendor space, payment must be received within 7 days of the invoice being sent. If payment is not received within 7 days, your invoice will be canceled and your booth space may be released to another vendor. A new application may be required if space is still available.
