    Season ends with our 6th Annual Showcase on April 24, 2027 & Cheer Banquet on May 2, 2027.

  • SP Coaches Requirements & Expectations

    Please read below carefully
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • 2+ years of Coaching or All Star/SNS Cheer exp
    • Must demonstrate reliability, leadership and strong communication skills.                      
    • Must have reliable transportation to practices/events.    
    • All practices are mandatory, please communicate with your asst. coaches if needed but all missed practices should be reported to Coach Shy & System for documentation. We understand emergencies & other responsibilities may arise.                                          
    • All Coaches are expected to learn or create material to teach their team. Coach Shy assists with material.                                  
    • Communicate effectively & positively to Parents, team & coaching staff.                    
    • Coaches will be able to Clock in & Clock out for timesheets & attendance purposes.          
    • Room for growth as a Coach, there will be development plans & meeting with parents for your athletes process through the season.      
    • Coaches will have quarterly reviews for performances.                                    
    • All positions whether paid or volunteer are treated fairly & expected to meet all coaching requirements.                                      
    • Schedules/Calendars are given out in advance.  
    • We will have Coaches clinics, but ultimately creating material & schedules come down to you all as a team.                                        
    • Promote & create a positive environment for the athletes, whether it’s team bondings or bonding games in practice we want to build their sisterhood & teamwork.

  • Tryouts for Auroras, Ceres & Constellations is Sunday June 7th 2-5pm & Monday June 8th-Wednesday June 10th 6:30-8:30pm Camp dates are last week in July

    Sunday July 26th 2-5pm & Monday July 27th-Thursday July 30th 6:30-8:30pm

  • What's Next? Qualified candidates will be contacted regarding the next stage of the interview process. 

    All Coaches will be required to return a video of Motions to evaluate so we can know how to move forward 

    Interview process will go over schedules, payroll if applicable, more expectations & answer any questions if needed
