  • Overnight Graduation Party Safety & Supervision Policy

  • We are excited to provide a safe and enjoyable overnight graduation celebration for the students. To ensure everyone’s well-being, we ask that you carefully review the following important policy regarding student supervision:

Students are expected to remain on-site for the duration of the event. A student may not leave the event unless he/she is released with permission to the parent/guardian/trusted adult listed. If a student chooses to leave the venue at any time without permission, they will no longer be under the supervision of the event chaperones.

    In such situations:

    • Chaperones will not leave the venue to search for a student off-site.
    • Parents/guardians will be contacted immediately and will be responsible for locating their child.
    • If a student’s whereabouts are unknown and there is concern for their safety, chaperones may contact local authorities to report the situation.

Our goal is to provide a secure environment for all attendees, and we appreciate your support in reinforcing the importance of staying at the event.

Please discuss this expectation with your student prior to the event. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

  • Medical Authorization

  • In the event of illness or injury, I authorize event staff or volunteers to seek appropriate medical care for my student. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

  • Optional Medical Information

Information is not required, but useful should you have a medical emergency.
  • Do you have any allergies?
  • Do you have emergency medication? (Such as an Epipen, Albuterol Inhaler, Glucagon, Diastat, etc)
  • Do you have a medical condition?
  • FOOD ALLERGIES: We cannot guarantee that custom meals for special dietary needs will be available.
