    Mission

Studio Sproutling is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission of teaching kids about the environment through hands-on art projects.

  • What will a Team Member do?

We are looking for passionate youth that are interested in the intersections between climate, art, and science. The #1 we will be looking for is dedication.

Team members will be developing comprehensive curriculum about different environmental topics like CO2 emissions, deforestation, ocean acidification, soil heath, watersheds, ecosystems, recycling, and much more. Members will organize monthly programs in partnership with the Sunnyvale Library to develop lessons that build off themes of a chosen climate novel. Events will be Studio Sproutling team members teaching a lesson, volunteers helping out with interactive activites, and kids learning about a specific environmental topic. You will gain skills such as, community organization, outreach, research, and broader leadership experience as you work with city staff, families, and fellow Studio Sproutling team members to create an impactful change within your community.
