Squad Member Responsibilites

As a CM rep you will be required to consistently promote and share about CM.

This means sharing photos at the minimum of once a month as a regular feed post. But don't worry, we'll make sure you have plenty of content and caption ideas!

You will also be required to consistenly interact with CM's posts on social media, commenting, sharing, and promoting what we're sharing. If you miss one or two that's okay! We don't want this to be more of a buren for you in you're already stressful senior year, it should be fun! We're not strict lol!

Tag us in stories and on other platforms. Instagram also has this awesome feature that allows us to be part of your posts and you to be part of our posts. We will show you how to add a collaborator if you haven't done it before. It's super easy, just like tagging a friend. We ask that you please accept our collaboration invites and that you include us as a collaborator on any of your senior photo posts. --Don't sweat this! Again, we aren't super strict! We know some of our favorites won't be yours. So we won't require you to accept every collaboration effort.

Be our hype squad!! Tell your friends about the awesome experiences and opportunites you've had!

Plan to attend the group sessions. However if you can't attend everything, that's okay. In our meeting we will discuss what the minimum number of group shoots to attend there will be. Please also coordinate your wardrobe within the mood boards and inspiration that we send to you.

Rules for Applying

1. You must be a current High School Junior graduating as a Class of 2027 senior. This means you MUST be graduating in May/June 2027.

2. You must conduct yourself in a manner reflecting the values of Captured Moments Photo and Video.

3. I understand that Captured Moments Photo and Video has the right to use any image taken by them for social media, website usage, print ads, online ads, and studio sample prints.

4. I understand that images may also be used in the above manner by any vendors which Captured Moments Photo and Video partners with.

5. To be a member of the CM Senior Squad, you must not have joined any "model crew" program initiated by another photographer.

6. You must have your parent’s consent to join the program so please get their permission BEFORE completing this form. Parents and models will be required to sign a contract to join the CM Senior Squad.

7. I understand that Captured Moments Photo and Video may look into my "social media" life. Be sure to accept any friend or follow requests sent by us. We do this to ensure you are not a "bot"...but an actual person.

8. I understand that this is not a contract and that by filling out this form I am not guaranteed entry into the CM Senior Squad.

9. If your social media accounts are set to private you have a less likely chance of being chosen for the next step in the process. Because we have to verify you are who you say you are and you are going to represent Captured Moments Photo and Video in the best light possible this step is important.

10. Parents will be contacted before final selections are made so be sure they know you are filling out this form.

11. If you are chosen for the next step to attend a scheduled Senior Model zoom meeting you and a parent are REQUIRED to attend.

12. There is a time commitment that comes with being a CM Senior Squad member. All of this info will be discussed at the in-person meeting.
