Rush orders are subject to availability and incur a $20 rush fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom orders, and orders are not secured until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid before collection or delivery, while full payment is required for short-notice orders. Delivery is available at an additional cost. Any order changes must be requested at least 72 hours before collection or delivery.
