NON-REFUNDABLE & SERVICE POLICY
(Applicable to Treatments, Academy Programs, Products, and All Future Offerings)
1. Scope of Policy
This Policy applies to all offerings provided by The Celestial Healers, including but not limited to:
* Bone-setting and manual therapy treatments
* Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services
* Metaphysical consultations (including Ba Zi analysis)
* Training courses, workshops, certifications, and academy programs
* Educational materials (physical or digital)
* Wellness programs and bundled packages
* Physical products, including wearables and consumables
2. Nature of Services and Programs
All services and academy programs are classified as:
Personalised, time-based, knowledge-based, and consumable professional offerings
This includes:
* Hands-on treatment and training
* Knowledge transfer and guided practice
* Access to proprietary systems, methods, and materials
Upon attendance, commencement, or access, the service or program is deemed:
* Substantially delivered
* Irreversible in nature
* Consumed upon provision
Accordingly:
Fees paid for completed or partially completed services and programs are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
3. Booking, Enrollment, and Time Allocation
All appointments, classes, and enrollments involve:
* Reservation of professional time
* Allocation of instructors, facilities, and resources
* Limited capacity planning
Once confirmed:
* The slot or seat is exclusively reserved
* The opportunity to allocate such resources to others is forgone
Accordingly:
* Missed appointments or sessions are forfeited
* Cancellations or withdrawals do not entitle the Client or Student to a refund
* Any rescheduling or deferment may be considered at the sole discretion of The Celestial Healers, exercised reasonably and in good faith
4. Deposits and Initial Payments
All deposits and initial payments are:
* Non-refundable
* Non-transferable
* Non-cancellable
Such payments represent a genuine pre-estimate of:
* Administrative onboarding
* Reservation of limited capacity
* Instructor allocation and preparation
* Provision or preparation of materials and resources
These payments are not penalties, but compensation for committed resources and opportunity costs.
5. Partial Attendance, Withdrawal, or Early Termination
Where a Client or Student:
* Arrives late
* Leaves early
* Withdraws voluntarily
* Is unable or unwilling to continue
The session or program shall be deemed consumed to the extent of resources and time allocated.
No refund shall be provided for unused portions, subject to Clause 8 (Packages and Bundles), except where required by applicable law.
6. Academy Programs, Courses, and Certifications
All academy-related offerings are structured based on:
* Pre-allocated resources
* Scheduled delivery
* Access to proprietary knowledge and materials
Accordingly:
* Course and program fees are generally non-refundable upon commencement or access
* No refund shall be provided for attended sessions or accessed materials
* Unused modules or sessions are not refundable
Access to any part of the program, including materials or instruction, constitutes delivery.
7. Educational Materials and Intellectual Property
All materials provided, whether physical or digital, including:
* Manuals, notes, and videos
* Systems, techniques, and methodologies
Are considered delivered intellectual property.
Accordingly:
* Such materials are non-refundable once provided or accessed
* No return, exchange, or cancellation is permitted after delivery
8. Packages, Bundles, and Multi-Session Programs
Packages and bundled offerings are provided at preferential or discounted rates, based on commitment to multiple sessions or modules.
In the event of partial use:
* The value of utilized sessions or modules may be recalculated at standard (non-package) rates
* Administrative and operational costs may be applied
* Any remaining balance, if applicable, shall be determined after such recalculation
Accordingly:
* Unused portions are generally not refundable
* Any refund, if applicable, shall be assessed on a fair and reasonable basis, taking into account resources consumed and costs incurred
9. Products (General Policy)
All product sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges shall be permitted, except where required by applicable law.
10. Wearables and Consumables (Hygiene and Safety Policy)
10.1 Wearables
(e.g., therapeutic devices, supports, body-contact items)
* Non-refundable once opened or used
* Due to hygiene and safety considerations
10.2 Consumables
(e.g., herbs, supplements, ingestible or topical products)
* Generally non-refundable due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity considerations
* This applies to both opened and unopened items, except where required by applicable law
11. Customised and Prescribed Items
Any item that is:
* Custom-prepared
* Individually prescribed
* Tailored to the Client or Student
Shall be non-refundable and non-exchangeable once prepared or issued.
12. Results and Outcome Disclaimer
All services, treatments, and training programs are subject to individual conditions and responses.
The Client or Student acknowledges that:
* Outcomes may vary
* No guarantee of specific results, improvement, or mastery is provided
Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for refund.
13. Non-Refund Principle
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable consumer protection laws, the following are generally non-refundable:
* Completed or partially completed services
* Attended sessions or accessed programs
* Deposits and initial payments
* Missed or unused appointments or classes
* Packages and bundled offerings (subject to Clause 8)
* Educational materials and intellectual property
* Wearables and consumables (subject to Clause 10)
* Customised or prescribed items
* Change of mind or personal preference
14. Discretionary Consideration
The Celestial Healers may, at its sole discretion, exercised reasonably and in good faith:
* Offer rescheduling or deferment
* Provide adjustments or goodwill arrangements
Such actions:
* Are not obligations
* Do not establish precedent
* Do not constitute admission of liability
15. Acknowledgement and Binding Effect
By making any payment, booking any service, enrolling in any program, or purchasing any product, the Client or Student confirms that:
* They have read and understood this Policy
* They accept the terms, including the non-refundable nature of offerings
* They agree to be legally bound by these terms
