KIDS BUSINESS FAIR LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the participating child, hereby grant permission for my child to participate in the Kids Business Fair hosted by the City of Pelham, Pelham Main Street, and the Downtown Development Authority.
I understand that participation in this event involves certain risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or loss. On behalf of my child and myself, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the City of Pelham, Pelham Main Street, Downtown Development Authority, their officers, employees, volunteers, and event organizers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by my child or any property belonging to us while participating in this event.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for supervising my child during the event and ensuring that all products sold are safe and appropriate. I also agree to follow all event rules and guidelines.
I grant permission for event organizers to use photographs or videos taken during the event that may include my child for promotional purposes without compensation.
I certify that I have read this waiver, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
