This is for a mid-career esthetician who:

Is early-stage or still figuring out the basics

Compensation + Growth

$17/hour (starting)
Generous Commission Structure on Services and Retail
100% Tips
Part-time: 10–20 hours/week
Clear pathway to service provider role + increased earning potential
Hands-on training in advanced acne + hyperpigmentation protocols

Training Model

We hire for long-term fit and excellence, not shortcuts.

First month:
- Front desk + client experience
- Shadowing treatments
- Product + skin training

Then transition into:
- Taking clients
- Building your books
- Growing within the company

What You’ll Do (When Fully Trained)

Perform customized, results-driven facials
Conduct in-depth skin analyses
Educate clients on homecare and routines
Recommend products confidently (retail is part of the role)
Deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience
Build relationships that drive retention and trust

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Active Esthetics License
1–3+ years of hands-on facial experience
Strong customer service + client communication skills
Comfortable with consultations, education, and retail recommendations
Must be able to work Tuesday–Saturday schedule (flexible hours within this)

Bonus (Not Required)

Experience with chemical peels
Retail sales experience
Spanish-speaking
Experience with diverse skin tones and conditions
Laser experience.
