The Annual General Meeting of the Coakham Bloodhounds will be held on Tuesday
21st April at Brightling Village Hall, Brightling, East Sussex TN32 5HH

The meeting will commence at 7.00 p.m. sharp.
Only Members and Subscribers may attend the Meeting.
Members and Subscribers must advise the Secretary in writing of any business to be
moved at the AGM at least 14 days prior to the meeting.
The final agenda will be posted on this website on Wednesday 8 th April.
Please advise the Honorary Secretary of your intention to attend by making an entry
at https://form.jotform.com/260793877747377 If you cannot attend in person a voting
form can be supplied to you electronically by Docusign.
Please note: A member is someone who has been awarded the Hunt Button by the
Joint Masters. A Subscriber is an individual who has paid a full subscription for the
season 2025/2026.
