Participants with the 10U Troy Sting Girls Tier III Spring hockey program, operated under the Troy Youth Hockey Association (TYHA), acknowledge that ice hockey is a physically demanding sport involving inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions with other players, boards, pucks, and equipment which may result in serious injury. By registering and participating, players and their parents/guardians voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless TYHA, its coaches, volunteers, officials, and affiliated facilities from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the program, except in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participants further agree to follow all safety guidelines, use required protective equipment, and abide by USA Hockey and TYHA rules and policies.
