Vendor Agreement
By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
1. Product Approval & Category Compliance
All items sold must match what was submitted and approved in your application.
Vendors may not sell products outside of their approved category. Any unapproved items must be removed immediately upon request.
2. Product Authenticity & Licensing (STRICT POLICY)
Vendors may only sell products that are original, handmade, designed by them, or legally sourced.The sale of counterfeit, replica, knockoff, or unlicensed goods is strictly prohibited, including unauthorized use of logos, characters, or trademarks.
Any vendor found selling prohibited items will be required to remove the products immediately or leave the market without refund.
3. No Subleasing / Booth Sharing
Vendor spaces are assigned to approved applicants only and are non-transferable.Subleasing, sharing, or allowing another business or individual to operate under your booth without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.
4. Cosmetics & Skincare Compliance
Vendors selling cosmetics, skincare, or body products must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations (e.g., FDA, Health Canada, or equivalent authority).
Products must be properly labeled and approved for sale. Vendors are fully responsible for product safety and compliance.
5. Food Vendor Compliance (if applicable)
Food vendors must comply with all local public health regulations and provide valid certification.Vendors may be inspected at any time. All food must be handled, stored, and served according to safety standards.
6. Vendor Conduct & Professionalism
Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.Slander, defamation, harassment, or negative conduct toward event organizers, staff, other vendors, or attendees will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund. All issues must be addressed with the onsite market coordinator.
Non-Solicitation and Conduct
Vendors agree to conduct all sales and promotional activities strictly within the confines of their assigned booth space. Vendors shall not actively solicit, approach, or call out to customers in common areas, walkways, or outside of their designated booth. Any conduct that is disruptive, intrusive, or likely to make customers uncomfortable-including aggressive sales tactics, repeated attempts to engage unwilling individuals, or creating excessive noise-is strictly prohibited.The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require immediate cessation of such conduct and may remove any Vendor from the premises without refund for violations of this provision.
7. Booth Presentation & Setup Standards
To maintain a clean and professional market environment, vendors must follow these guidelines:
• Racks, shelving units, or large display structures are not permitted without prior approval
• All boxes, bins, carts, wagons, and personal items must be kept out of sight
• All wires and extension cords must be taped down and not visible
• Handwritten signs, paper signs, or pop-up posters are not permitted
• Signage must be clean and professional
8. Booth Maintenance, Security & Sales Requirements
• Vendors must keep their booth clean, organized, and free of garbage at all times
• Vendors are responsible for monitoring and securing their own booth and belongings
• Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items
• Items may not be left overnight unless approved in writing
• Vendors must have a working point-of-sale (POS) system or payment method available
9. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive on time and remain for the full duration of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted. Arriving late may result in your table/booth being removed from centre court. No refunds will be issued.
10. Weather & Refund Policy
All vendor fees are non-refundable. Events run rain or shine.
11. Enforcement
The Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor who does not comply with these rules without refund.
12. All vendors must have and submit proof of insurance.
13. Payments are due within 48 hours of acceptance. If no payment is received your spot will be lost and we will move you on to the waitlist.
14. I understand that applying does not guarantee a spot. Approved vendors will be contacted.
