• Camp Guidelines for Campers

    • Honor all authority including counselors and camp staff.
    • Respect other camper's feelings and their belongings.
    • Language should be God glorifying at all times-swearing, foul or vulgar language will not be tolerated nor gossiping
    • No electronic devices: IPods, IPads/tablets, or cell phones (cell phone usage will be limited to emergencies and at the discretion of the camp staff.) Camp staff will have cell phones in case of emergencies.
    • All music, when permitted, must be God honoring (no secular music)
    • No public displays of affection or inappropriate behavior-towel snapping, suggestive touching/cuddling, kissing, handholding, intimidation or threats
    • Clothing should be modest at all times- no exposed midriffs. Cleavage or underwear showing, no spaghetti straps or strapless tops, no short skirts, short shorts, or short skorts
    • Clothing must be free from offensive or suggestive graphics and printing
    • A shower and clean set of clothes will be required for each day
    • No use of, or possession of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, vape pens, or e-cigs (this is including staff per camp ground guidelines) this is cause for immediate dismissal
    • No weapons, (guns, bombs or explosives of any kind, knives, pocket knives included, fireworks, ammunition, ect.) this is cause for immediate dismissal
    • Everyone staying at camp must be Registered including anyone 18 or older, even if only staying one night (background checks must be ran on anyone over the age of 18 per camp ground guidelines)
    • No camper under the age of 18 may leave during the week with anyone other than a parent or guardian without prior written permission from a parent or guardian (if a situation should arise, the camp director or pastors must speak to the parent or guardian listed on the camp registration form.)
    • All campers are to attend all scheduled events unless excused by their assigned camp councelor
    • Campers will be expected to keep dorm clean and will be assigned other cleaning chores around the camp
    • Female campers are not allowed in the area of the boy's cabin or showers, and male campers are not allowed in the girl's dorm or showers, unless the directors have scheduled events in this area
  • The following three-step policy is in effect for violations of the rules:
    • 1st Step: Warning- this warning will be accompanied with a promise to call a parent/guardian if there is another problem.
    • 2nd Step: Call a parent or guardian
    • 3rd Step: Dismissal- a parent/guardian is called and the camper is sent home at their expense.
