Borough Improvement League Annual Scholarship Application - 2026
Since 1930, the Borough Improvement League of Metuchen has awarded an annual scholarship to a local high school senior pursuing an education in social work, education, or medicine. This year's award will be $1000 and the successful candidate will be chosen by the Scholarship Committee based on their contribution to the community, financial need, and chosen career path. Please fill out all required fields and uploads to complete your application. The deadline for applications is May 31, 2026. The award will be announced at the end of June, 2026.
Eligibility: To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a Metuchen resident, or a relative of a Borough Improvement League member, or attend school in the Borough of Metuchen. Please indicate which of the below best applies to you:
