Booking Policy
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A reservation is not guaranteed until the required deposit is received.

Deposit & Payment
$70.00 deposit required, is non-refundable and applies toward the total balance. equipment most be returned on time, clean, and without damage. Full payment is due at or before delivery with a waiver signature is a must.

 

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule, based on availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery will lose the deposit. If we cancel due to bad weather or equipment issues, you may reschedule or use your payment as a credit for a future rental.

Generator
Generator rental available for an additional $50.00 if power is not accessible within 50 feet.

TABLES & CHAIRS RENTAL TERMS

6 ft tables support up to 330 lbs and seat up to 6 people.

Chairs support up to 600 lbs each.

No standing, jumping, dragging on rough surfaces, or leaving equipment in rain or unsafe weather conditions.

All equipment must be returned clean and ready for pickup. The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning.

3 Table & Chair Sets: $150 total

Single Chair Rental: $5 each

Table Only Rental: $15 each

 

SAFETY, RESPONSIBILITY & RELEASE A responsible adult age 18 or older must supervise at all times. No shoes, food, drinks, pets, sharp objects, flips, rough play, or climbing on inflatable walls or netting. The renter understands inflatable equipment involves risk of injury and accepts full responsibility during use. Once delivered, all equipment is under the renter's care, custody, and control. The renter agrees to release and hold harmless J.J.C Bounce House Rental, its owners, and staff from injuries, damages, or claims arising during the rental period and agrees to pay for any damage caused by misuse, overloading, negligence, or failure to follow these rules.

WEATHER POLICY

Rentals may be rescheduled due to severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions). Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date based on availability. Setup may be delayed or canceled for safety reasons at the discretion of J.J.C Bounce House Rental.
