    Term Break Bookings: Gaining the Edge
    To ensure every athlete is as prepared as possible for our upcoming competitions, bookings are now open for the Autumn Holiday Break.

    The holidays are not a time to stop; they are our chance to gain the advantage. We will be working through these two weeks to perfect choreography, master new movements, and significantly increase our stamina and fitness levels. To hit the stage with the "aerobic bounce" we need, we must keep the momentum going.

    Holiday Schedule & Booking Options
    All sessions held at our Five Dock Studio.

    1. Wednesday Squad Intensives (8 & 15 April)
    Focus: Conditioning bodies for competition and working on confidence.

    Junior Squad (Ages 5–12): 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
    Senior Squad (Ages 13+): 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm


    2. Thursday Development Workshops (9 & 16 April)
    Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (Half-day workshop)
    Focus: Open to all athletes to continue development in sport aerobics and stage performance (Beginner to Intermediate levels).


    3. Private Training (8, 9, 15, & 16 April)
    Wednesdays: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm (1-hour blocks)
    Thursdays: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (1-hour blocks)

    (Added Times) Week 2- Monday April 13th 11:00 am - 2:00 pm & Tuesday 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. 
    Note: These slots are limited and essential for polishing your "uniqueness" before the Super Series.

    4.Anzac Day Special session: Coffs Harbour Prep

    Saturday April 25 All ages 5+ 9-11:30am

    Important Booking Information
    To keep the studio running smoothly, please follow these guidelines:

    Same-Day Bookings: Our system allows only one lesson per transaction for the same day. To book back-to-back bookings, please complete the form a second time.
    Accidental Mistakes: Don’t worry if you make an error during the process; refunds can be issued for accidental booking mistakes.
    Sickness & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel due to illness, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to rebook if space allows. Swapping slots with other members is permitted, provided you inform us so we can update the roster.
    Cancellations & Refunds: With sufficient notice, we will re-open the slot and issue a refund so you can rebook for a future date.
    No-Shows: Please be mindful that "forgetting" or providing no notice for a missed lesson will result in 50% of the booking fee being retained to cover coach and studio costs.

    Coach Mel’s Reminder: "We start back with full classes on 18 April. Use these two weeks to build your engine and refine your craft so we can hit Term 2 at 100%!"
