Client GDPR & Social Media Protection Policy
The protection, privacy, and dignity of all clients engaged with the brand are of the highest priority. All individuals who sign up are safeguarded under strict data protection and confidentiality standards, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Consent and Use of Personal Content
Explicit, informed consent will always be obtained from clients prior to the publication of any content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Clients will be clearly informed about how their content, images, or information will be used, and retain the right to withdraw consent at any time.
Online Meetings and Interviews
To further protect client identity and reduce the risk of misuse, all interviews or meetings conducted via Microsoft Teams will take place with cameras switched off unless otherwise agreed. This approach helps minimise the risk of unauthorised recording, image manipulation, or AI-generated misuse of visual content.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
No personal information relating to any client will be shared, disclosed, or distributed without prior consent. Only information that has been explicitly approved by the client will be used for promotional or public-facing purposes. All data is stored securely and accessed only where necessary.
Community Engagement and Events
Social networking events will be organised on a bi-monthly basis. These events are designed not only to promote the brand, but also to support local businesses, encourage community engagement, and foster a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can connect and support one another.
Client Rights
All clients have the right to access, amend, or request the removal of their personal data at any time. Requests will be handled promptly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
