£10 One-Off Joining Fee Policy
A one-off joining fee of £10 is required for all customers and students who wish to register and become part of the brand. This fee is payable at the point of sign-up and secures access to the services, support, and opportunities offered.
The joining fee contributes towards the time, resources, and personalised support provided during the onboarding process, including guidance to help individuals explore and access suitable opportunities.
Please note that the £10 joining fee is non-refundable. If an individual chooses to discontinue support or no longer engage with the services, the fee will not be reimbursed. However, individuals will continue to be welcomed as part of the brand community and may access support again in the future if they wish.
