The safety, wellbeing, and protection of all participants is of paramount importance. In line with our safeguarding responsibilities, any individual under the age of 18 must obtain clear consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to participating in any activities, discussions, or engagements associated with this platform.
As part of this commitment, it is a requirement that I am given the opportunity to communicate directly with a parent or legal guardian in advance.
This initial conversation is intended to provide full transparency, allowing me to clearly outline the purpose, objectives, and values of the brand and platform, as well as to address any questions, concerns, or expectations they may have.
Parents and legal guardians are not only welcome but actively encouraged to be present during any calls, meetings, or ongoing discussions.
Their involvement is valued as an important part of maintaining a safe, open, and supportive environment for all parties.
For additional reassurance, I am registered with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Update Service and hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate, which includes clearance to work with both children and adults. Verification of this certification can be provided upon request to ensure confidence and peace of mind.
