FINANCIAL
All the teachers and leaders at Harvest Bible College work together to keep costs as low as possible compared to other colleges and Bible universities, while providing students with a quality education. Many people, families, and churches have given sacrificially to keep tuition and fees very low at Harvest, compared to most colleges and Bible universities (some of which must charge over $500 per unit). We truly praise God for this. Below, we will look at the current costs.
Cost of attending the college
• Admission fee (one-time): $10.00
• Tuition per class (each class has 2 units): $75.00
• Additional materials, if any, per term: $10.00
• Graduation fee (only if you are graduating): $125.00
Total cost
• Per term, 1–8 classes: $75.00 – $610.00
• Per year, 3–24 classes: $225.00 – $1,830.00
Payment Method
Students only pay for the classes they enroll in. No advance payment is required for any program, degree, certificate, or diploma at Harvest.
Class payment must be made when the student registers for the term. For example, if a student enrolls in seven (7) classes at the beginning of the fall term, they must pay 7 x $75 = $525 along with the registration form.
If a student cannot pay the full amount at registration, they may request permission to pay in monthly installments. In that case, they must pay one-third of the total term cost at registration, one-third on the same day of the following month, and the final portion on the same day of the second following month. If other costs are incurred, they must be paid with the last payment.
Unpaid Fees
Report cards, diplomas, or grade records will not be delivered to a student who is behind on their payments. If the student has financial difficulties, they must ensure to notify the registrar or the dean as soon as this occurs, and not after time has passed.
The Lord is good to all, and His mercies are over all His works... All eyes wait upon You, and You give them their food in due season. You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing... The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He will also hear their cry and save them... My mouth will speak the praise of the Lord; and all will bless His holy name forever and ever. (taken from Psalm 145)
Financial Aid
Harvest does not have a scholarship program, whether governmental, private, or of another type, to cover part or all of the tuition or other costs. On the contrary, each student effectively receives a scholarship due to the low cost of tuition. However, many churches offer aid or other types of assistance to students from their own congregation who attend Harvest. Check with your church about this.
