I acknowledge that Kathryn Ikle, all event sponsors, and the venue, including their officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives, are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or illness related to my participation in the 2026 Nostalgia Art Show.I understand my participation is voluntary and assume all associated risks. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Kathryn Ikle, all event sponsors, and the venue, and agree to indemnify them against any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my participation.I grant permission for photos, video, or media of my artwork and/or likeness taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, archival, and educational purposes, in all media, without compensation.This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue exclusively in Texas. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
