    The safety, wellbeing, and protection of all clients, customers, and students is a top priority.

    To support a safe and secure environment, appropriate background checks may be carried out prior to joining the brand.

    Screening Process
    As part of the onboarding process, individuals may be required to complete a pre-screening conversation conducted over the phone. This allows for an initial assessment, clarification of expectations, and an opportunity to ensure the suitability of the services being offered.

    Where appropriate, publicly available social media profiles may also be reviewed. This is carried out responsibly and solely for safeguarding purposes.

    Disclosure of Information
    Individuals are expected to disclose any relevant criminal history or information that may impact their participation at the earliest stage of the process.

    All disclosures will be treated with sensitivity, confidentiality, and fairness.
    Any information provided will be considered carefully, and decisions regarding suitability to join the brand will be made on a case-by-case basis. The aim is to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants.

    Fairness and Confidentiality
    All background checks are conducted in a fair, non-discriminatory manner and in line with relevant legislation, including the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
