- The Philly Pride Arts Festival Intern Program offers hands-on experience for emerging arts professionals aged 16 and up. Interns will be embedded across a month-long festival of events spanning live opera, musical theatre, community programming, and outdoor celebrations throughout Philadelphia. This is an unpaid, experience-based program. Interns gain real-world skills, build their portfolios, and make professional connections across multiple performing arts organizations.
