  • Dr. Robichaud is now using a payment platform called Payground. When you come into the office for an appointment, and pay with your credit card, we can now securely store that information off-site and keep it on file. This simplifies the check out process at the front desk, as you will no longer have to give us your credit card information at each visit.
  • We will continue to bill your insurance company for your visits here. Once your insurance company processes and pays your claim, there may be a remainder balance due. We normally send out paper statements on a monthly basis, which you can pay online or in the office.
  • In an effort to reduce the cost of sending out these statements, and to reduce the amount of paper used, we will give you the option to have your balance paid by the credit card we have on file. You would receive an email showing the charge to the card. This is optional. If you would prefer to continue to receive bills from us, and pay them on your own, we would be happy to do that.
