Summer Ballet Intensive Registration
To register for Summer Ballet Intensive classes at Stacia's School of Dance, please enter your dancer's name and date of birth below. Ballet Intensives are $180 and will be invoiced to the email address listed on this form one month prior to the first day of camp. A $25 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp.
