All vendors must complete the vendor registration form and submit payment through the official payment link provided within the form. Booth spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Royale Events & Productions reserves the right to approve or decline any vendor application to maintain the quality and balance of the marketplace.

• No Refund Policy: Vendor payments are non-refundable once the application has been submitted its counted as a signed contract. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies, unforeseen situations, or natural disasters. Approved and booth space has been confirmed. Credit card and Zelle payments are non-refundable and non-reversible. By completing this transaction, the vendor agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes. Any such actions will be legally challenged and may result in disqualification from participation in this and future Royale Events & Productions events.

• Sales Disclaimer
By registering and signing, the Vendor acknowledges that Royale Events & Productions is responsible only for event promotion, organization and execution. The Organizer does not guarantee sales, foot traffic, or profits for the vendors. All sales outcomes are solely the responsibility of the Vendor. No refunds or disputes will be accepted based on sales performance.

• Booth Assignments: NO BOOTH SHARING ALLOWED. Booth locations will be assigned by the event organizers strategically to ensure proper flow and organization of the marketplace. Booth assignments cannot be changed.

• Vendor Categories: Exclusivity needed please refer to Sponsorship. To maintain variety and fairness, Royale Events & Productions may limit the number of vendors within similar product categories.

• Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, booth setup, and cleanup. Royale Events & Productions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

All food vendors, 4-6 items for Restaurants and 2-4 items for Food Carts only please, as we need other vendors to be successful too. Vendors must get their Final menu approved at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. The menu will be finalized and approved with the organizer. No new items, substitutions, or additions will be accepted after final approval. Any item not disclosed in the approved menu will be strictly prohibited from being sold at the event.*

Agreement & Acknowledgments: By submitting this application, I acknowledge & agree to the following terms:*

Setup Requirements: I understand that vendor setup will take place on Friday evening and/or Saturday morning, and that my booth must be fully set up no later than 11:00 AM on Saturday. Further details will be provided upon approval.During-Event Policy: I understand that no setup, rearranging, or breakdown may take place during event hours (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM), to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted guest experience.Organizer Rights: I understand that Royale Events & Productions may approve, decline, or remove any vendor before or on the day of the event if needed to maintain event quality or compliance.Refund Policy: I acknowledge that all vendor payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once my application is approved under any circumstances. Credit card and Zelle payments are non-refundable and non-reversible. By completing this transaction, the vendor agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes. Any such actions will be formally challenged and may result in disqualification from participation in this and future Royale Events & Productions events.Booth Operation: I agree to keep my booth staffed, open, and operational for the entire duration of the event (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM) unless instructed otherwise by event management. NO BOOTH SHARING.Professional Standards: I will conduct myself and my business professionally and will follow all venue rules, organizer guidelines, and safety requirements.Product Category Compliance: I will only sell products/services that fall under my approved category and will request an approval from the Event organizer before offering anything outside that category.End-of-Day Breakdown: I agree to remove all materials, products, and waste from my booth and complete cleanup by 1:00 AM after the event concludes.Sales Disclaimer: The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss of sales, loss of profits, or any other financial or business losses incurred by the Vendor. Participation in the Event is at the Vendor’s choice and sole risk with respect to sales performance. The Vendor waives any and all claims against the Organizer relating to unsatisfactory sales, attendance, or event outcomes. No refunds, chargebacks, credits, or disputes shall be permitted on the basis of poor sales performance or unmet expectations. The Organizer’s obligations are strictly limited to event planning, coordination, and promotional activities, and shall not extend to guaranteeing Vendor success, sales foot traffic or profitability.I have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed above.
