    All vendors must complete the vendor registration form and submit payment through the official payment link provided within the form. Booth spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  

    Royale Events & Productions reserves the right to approve or decline any vendor application to maintain the quality and balance of the marketplace.
     
    • No Refund Policy: Vendor payments are non-refundable once the application has been submitted its counted as a signed contract. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies, unforeseen situations, or natural disasters. Approved and booth space has been confirmed. Credit card and Zelle payments are non-refundable and non-reversible. By completing this transaction, the vendor agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes. Any such actions will be legally challenged and may result in disqualification from participation in this and future Royale Events & Productions events.
     
    • Sales Disclaimer
    By registering and signing, the Vendor acknowledges that Royale Events & Productions is responsible only for event promotion, organization and execution. The Organizer does not guarantee sales, foot traffic, or profits for the vendors. All sales outcomes are solely the responsibility of the Vendor. No refunds or disputes will be accepted based on sales performance.

    • Booth Assignments: NO BOOTH SHARING ALLOWED. Booth locations will be assigned by the event organizers strategically to ensure proper flow and organization of the marketplace. Booth assignments cannot be changed.

    • Vendor Categories: Exclusivity needed please refer to Sponsorship. To maintain variety and fairness, Royale Events & Productions may limit the number of vendors within similar product categories.

    • Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, booth setup, and cleanup. Royale Events & Productions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
