Important Information Before You Register
Please review the following information carefully before submitting your registration for the Level Up Summer Showcase Program.

Program Information
The Level Up Summer Showcase is a sponsored youth arts program for participants ages 10–17.

• Program hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• Sponsorship slots are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Only 20 participants will be accepted into the program.
  Program Areas
• Each participant will participate in at least two (2) of the following areas:

Acting/Theatre

• Perform a monologue and/or theatrical scene.
• Learn acting techniques, character development, stage presence, and performance skills.

Poetry/Spoken Word

• Write and perform an original poem, spoken word piece, or inspirational presentation.

Rap/Songwriting

• Write and perform an original song, rap, freestyle, or participate in guided songwriting activities.

Dance

• Learn and perform an age-appropriate dance routine.
  Routines may be originally choreographed or rehearsed group performances.

Content Standards

• All performances, scripts, songs, poetry, dances, and presentations must be age-appropriate.
• Content containing profanity, vulgar language, sexually explicit material, hateful speech, violence, bullying, or harmful subject matter will not be permitted.
• Original works presented as a participant's own creation should be the result of the participant's own creativity and effort.
• Program staff reserve the right to require modifications to any performance material that does not meet program standards.
  
  

Attendance Expectations

• Regular attendance is expected and strongly encouraged.
  Participants should arrive on time and remain for the full program day.
  Excessive absences may impact participation in the final showcase performance.
• Meals
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily at no additional cost.
• Participants may bring food from home if preferred.
• Due to safety and operational procedures, outside food deliveries will not be accepted.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Program hours are from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• Early drop-off and late pick-up options may be available based on staff coverage and availability.
• Parents/guardians must ensure timely pick-up of participants.

Community Showcase Participation

• All participants are expected to participate in the community showcase performance scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2026.
• Participants must attend required rehearsals leading up to the showcase.
• Promotion & Ticket Sales
• All participants are expected to help promote the Community Showcase.
• Each participant is responsible for selling or distributing ten (10) showcase tickets to family, friends, and supporters.
• This requirement helps support the success of the event and provides valuable experience in community engagement and promotion.

Photography & Video

• By participating in the program, parents/guardians grant permission for photographs and video recordings to be taken during program activities and performances.
• Images and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, fundraising, and marketing purposes by Destined 2 WOW Foundation and WOW Studio One.

Participant Conduct

• Participants are expected to:
• Treat staff, volunteers, and fellow participants with respect.
• Follow all program rules and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
• Refrain from bullying, harassment, fighting, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate language.
• Failure to comply with program policies may result in dismissal from the program.
