Key things:
-This is an application to participate as a vendor. We will reach out to confirm you are selected as a vendor for Pints for Pups. You will secure your spot by paying for your booth and sharing a copy of your COI.
-Vendors should specialize in pet products or services. Vendors may sell items geared toward pet parents too.
-Vendor Booths are 8’x8’ and you are responsible to bring all that you need for your booth
-It is $50 for a booth
-All vendors are required to provide a COI (certificate of liability insurance) listing Jonamac Orchard and Rotaract Club of Sycamore as additionally insured
-Please provide a copy of your cottage license or any county permits for selling
-Tents must be secured with at least 100lbs of weights
-Set up starts at 10:30am and all vendors must be in place by 12pm; tear down does not start till after the event ends at 3:30pm
-This event is a fundraiser benefiting multiple organizations, as we share flyers we ask you too also share. This will make a positive impact for all involved! Thank you!
-We do not have a rain date for the event. No refunds will be issued after Friday, April 24th.
-We do not have access to electricity, you may bring a generator, so long as it does not interfere with other vendors.
-Please be aware this event is out on open uneven grassy ground
-Unfortunately cats are not allowed at the event but you are welcome to sell cat products
-The event is open to vaccinated, well-behaved, leashed dogs
-Alcohol is being sold at the event. No outside alcohol is allowed.
