H. An engineer will be allowed to pass up their assignment once per quarter, which will be administered by the organization.

An engineer will not be allowed to pass up and place into the board they are currently assigned.

They will assume the conditions of the assignment immediately.

NOTE: In the application of this rule, a request to vacate an assignment shall not be granted if the engineer has made a request to give up their assignment within the preceding 30 days.
