Vendor Application 2026- A Sublime Life
  • 3rd Annual-A Sublime Life Sobriety Festival Vendor Application

A Sublime Life Sobriety Festival is a free, all-ages community event hosted by the Nowell Family Foundation to raise awareness around addiction, recovery, prevention, and healing. Our goal is to create a positive, inclusive environment that supports sober living, reduces stigma, and connects the community with resources, wellness offerings, art, music, and meaningful engagement. We are seeking vendors, nonprofits, wellness providers, and interactive booths that align with a healthy lifestyle free from alcohol and drug abuse.
  • 📍 Event Location Update (2026)
Please note that for 2026, A Sublime Life Sobriety Festival will take place across two areas in Downtown Oceanside:

Junior Seau Amphitheatre (main stage + NFF & Sponsors)
Lot 30 (expanded vendor marketplace area)
Vendors will be placed in either location based on event flow, category, and overall layout design.

Booth placement is determined at the sole discretion of the event coordinator to ensure the best possible experience for attendees, vendors, and sponsors. Placement requests may be noted but are not guaranteed.

  • Please note: food vendors are selected separately and are not being accepted through this application unless otherwise invited by the organizer.

Each applicant must provide the following, if applicable:

    Completed application
CDTFA seller documentation, if selling taxable goods
    Signed hold harmless agreement
Booth payment upon acceptance and invoicing
