    Young Adults & Youth Grades 4 & up

    If your youth is on the cusp of one of the youth age brackets and you wonder if they may be ready to age up into the next category, please call Twila (204-781-8124) or Chelsea (204-804-4675) to let us know why you are thinking about it, and to consider together whether moving them up would be a good fit for them, their peers, and their leaders.

    Note: Twila will be out of the office for work meetings and holidays from April 8th to May 5th, so during this time, please call Chelsea.

    Deadline for registration is April 30, 2026.

  • Special Needs

  • *Please note that while we will endeavour to meet special needs requests all requests may not be possilbe to accommodate.  All special needs requests need to be submitted by April 30 to be considered.*

  • Accommodation

  • Those in grade 4 to 6 will spend the night with their parents/guardians at the end of the Council sessions each day.  Friday and Saturday lunch and supper & Sunday reception after worship will be provided as part of their registration.

    Those grade 7 and older will be sleeping on the floor at Knox Presbyterian Church, which is a very short walk from Selkirk United Church, where the AGM will be held. Registration costs include meals (beginning Friday breakfast) and accommodation.

  • Registration fees:

    Grade 7 and up:  $125 (or early-bird price of $100 if registered by April 15th)

    Grade 4 to 6:  $75 (or early-bird price of $65 if registered by April 15th)

    Note:  Accommodation can be made, as needed, to make sure that the fee is not a barrier to attendance. 

  • Payment by e-transfer:  

    E-transfers can be sent to prairietopine@united-church.ca with a note including name of registrant and "youth at Regional AGM".  We have auto-deposit.  If paying for multiple registrants, feel free to combine them into one e-transfer payment.
