  • Hello wonderful vendors!

    We're hoping to welcome back our previous years' vendors as well as a couple of new folks this year, but we need to make sure that we can accommodate everyone's menus and power/location requirements.

    PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORM IF YOU ARE A CRAFT VENDOR.

    We'll use this form to gather your information and make sure we can place you and that we don't double up on vendors with similar products. Unless we have already spoken, or we make contact with you directly, please do not regard this weekend as confirmed for you.

    We will respond to all vendors, either way. If you do not submit this form by April 10, we may not be able to include you.

    Please put in as much detail as possible, because we are a tiny team and it helps to limit back and forth in communication.

    Things to know:

    • We are charging a vendor fee of $300 this year, payable at the time of confirmation. Thank you so much for the feedback you gave us last year about what would feel reasonable!
    • We've increased patron numbers again a little in 2026, as well as learning a little more about what we might need, so we anticipate having a few more food/coffee vendors along
    • We'll be using existing outlets that we added last year
    • This is not required, but if you are comfortable giving us an idea of your totals after the weekend, that would be so helpful for us in helping to provide details of economic impact to our funders
