🔥 Food Vendors – Important RequirementsAll food vendors using BBQs, flame burners, or charcoal burners must comply with the following: A drip tray or tarpaulin must be used at all times to catch oil and prevent splatters or damage to the carpark surface. Also a fire extinguisher must be on hand at all times while operating. These requirements are mandatory to ensure safe operation within a covered/closed event space. Failure to meet these conditions may result in being unable to operate on the day.
