A branded volunteer shirt will be provided. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes — you may be on your feet and moving throughout the venue for the duration of your shift.
Volunteer Shifts:
- Morning: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- All Day: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (includes a 30-minute wellness break for eating and shopping)
All volunteers are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their shift for a brief team meeting and role briefing.
Getting There: We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or SpotHero for parking. Free street parking is also available nearby, with a short walk to the venue. Artifact Events is easily accessible via the Brown and Purple CTA lines.
Pre-Event Volunteer Orientation: A mandatory virtual orientation will be held prior to the event. The date, time, and meeting link will be sent to all confirmed volunteers via email.

If you are confirmed and find yourself running late or unable to attend, please notify us promptly. Reliability is one of the most important qualities we look for in our volunteer team.
