The personal information you submitted in this enrolment form will be used by the Institute for direct marketing purposes, including but not limited to promoting the activities, lectures, training, awards, surveys, and other services of the Institute (including special offers and discounts).
A. Cancellation Policy
1. The Institute reserves the right to change the content, time, venue, and speakers/instructors of the event or refuse the registration of any organisation/ individual.
2. For adverse weather arrangements, please refer to the organisation's website.
3. Regarding the event cancellation due to any unavoidable circumstances (such as adverse weather), the Institute will not be responsible for any related costs. Re-arrangement will be announced within one week.

The opinions of the speakers do not represent the views or endorsement of the Institute. The Institute hereby disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental losses incurred by users as a result of their use of such materials or advice.
Any unauthorized filming, excerpting, or reproduction of any part or all of the content of this program is a criminal offense, and the copyright owner reserves the right to pursue legal action.

The Institute collects and keeps personal data for the purposes of processing enrolments, applications, academic and related administrative purposes.
