I am not unwell (fever/gastro/infection) and I am not intoxicated or impaired. I will not imbibe alcohol prior to use of the sauna or cold plunge.I will wear suitable footwear when not on boardwalk paths; move carefully on wet/uneven ground; and use the cold plunge ladder and hot tub step/rail. No diving.I understand thermometers are provided and I am responsible for monitoring my exposure/time and stopping immediately if I feel dizzy, faint, numb, short of breath or unwell.I will not touch or adjust any electrical components or housings.

Acknowledgement & release:

I acknowledge that access to The Bathhouse is entirely at my own risk. I acknowledge the inherent risks of using The Bathhouse’s facilities, including slips/falls, burns, overheating/dehydration, fainting, cold shock, cramps and drowning. To the extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume these risks and indemnify and will keep indemnified Arden Bathhouse, its owners, employees, contractors and successors from all or any direct or indirect loss, costs, demands, claims or damage that I may suffer or incur in relation to my visit to The Bathhouse. Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other non‑excludable laws.

I agree to reimburse Arden for loss or damage to Arden property caused by my negligent, reckless or wilful acts (subject to law), or the negligent, reckless or wilful acts of any person for whom I am legally responsible.
