2026 Weddin Mountain Muster Registration

Register for the 2026 Weddin Mountain Muster (Sunday 27 September - Saturday 3 October 2026) by submitting the form below.

Please note: Completing this form DOES NOT secure your position on the 2026 Muster.

Spaces will be filled on a first-in, first served basis until all positions have been filled. This can sometimes only take a a matter of days from when the registrations open.

All fields must be completed. You can nominate to ride and camp for the full week, or selected days. All participants (riders and non-riders) are required to complete a separate registration form. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental approval. Please note that if you choose to camp for nights outside of the event dates (27th September - 2nd October 2026), this will be at your own risk and additional camping fees will be charged by the Grenfell Showground Land Managers in accordance with their fee structure plus $10/night per horse.

Before registering, please ensure you are aware of the associated costs. If you are selected for the 2026 Muster, full payment will be due within 14 days from the invoice date. Payment plans will not be offered. Failure to pay on time will result in your position on the ride being forfeited.

The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry and/or cancel your registration if you contravene the rules. The Committee also reserves the right to make changes to the program as deemed necessary.

Merchandise orders will be available online from Friday 1 May 2026.

Once you have registered, you should receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you don't, check your spam/junk mail before contacting us. Please ensure you check the details have been captured correctly and notify the Secretary if something requires amendment.

Costs

Full week registration: $420*
This includes five days of riding, six nights camping fees, morning tea and lunch on the rides (excludes Wednesday lunch), Sunday night welcome dinner and Friday night finale dinner.

Day rider: $90*
This includes camping fees for the nominated days, morning tea and lunch on the ride (excludes Wednesday lunch).

Non-rider, camping for the week: $120*
Includes six nights camping fees, Sunday night welcome dinner and Friday night finale dinner.

Non-rider, camping part week: $15/day*
Includes camping only.

Camping fees outside of the Muster dates (27th September - 2nd October)

Powered site: $25/night

Unpowered site: $20/night
Prices are for 2 persons, $5/night extra person
Plus $10/night per horse

Sunday night (Welcome) dinner: $20*
BBQ dinner and dessert.

Friday night (Finale) dinner: $30*
Dinner and dessert.

Merchandise and hay orders are optional extras at additional cost.

I am aware of the costs associated with the 2026 Weddin Mountain Muster. If I am offered a position on the ride and accept it, I agree to pay the full amount within 14 days of the invoice date. I understand that there is a non-refundable booking fee of $50.
