Entry Fee $5.00 per exhibit however if you are putting in multiple entries the fees are capped at $50.00.
ONLY ONE JAR IS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR JUDGING
Your jar of honey will not be returned post judging but will be donated to a charitible institution. Thank you.

Only the top 3 entries in each class will be tasted. Tasting is one of the last criteria the judges undertake.

If you would like to have a sommelier report generated for your honey entry you can request this, at your own cost, by checking the box against the category you are entering.
Cost of Sommelier Report $80
Payment for Sommelier Report will be direct to House of Honey when you drop off your entries.

LIQUID HONEY CLASSES
Class 1-6: Liquid Honey
Honey exhibited in classes 1-6 must be shown in a standard trade jar.
The jar must be round (not panelled) 375ml, unlabelled and in clear glass with a metal lid (black or gold). The jar must contain 500g net weight of honey.
Liquid honey is judged on elements including clarity, moisture content, container appearance, cleanliness of the inside of the jars, flavour and aroma.
Natural granulated and creamed honey is judged on the evenness of grain, flavour, firmness and colour.
Class 5: Comb in Honey
Comb in liquid Honey (chunk honey). Piece of comb (approx. 100mm x 40mm) in liquid honey, both to be from the same floral source.
